Dr. Jackson Ambe Ndecheck

Dr. Jackson Ambe Ndecheck, PhD, PhD, ThD, is the Founder and President of the Hawaiian Academy of Holistic Spirituality and of the Bible Brain Health Academy, both headquartered in Kailua-Kona, Hawaiʻi. He holds a Double Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Doctor of Theology (ThD), and a Master of Arts (MA), together with a Professional Certificate from the Harvard Kennedy School.

He is an Ordained Chaplain (Chaplain Jackson) and a Double Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner credentialed by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and the American Association of Naturopathic Wellness Practitioners (AANWP).

With more than two decades of interdisciplinary experience bridging neuroscience, Christian psychology, and spiritual formation, Dr. Ndecheck has dedicated his career to equipping pastors, Christian professionals, wellness leaders, and faith-based organizations with evidence-informed coaching frameworks rooted in Biblical principles. His work translates peer-reviewed research in neuroplasticity, cognitive-behavioral theory, resilience science, and positive psychology into accessible, faith-centered tools for personal and organizational transformation.

As the architect of the Flourishing Aloha Pathway, he weaves those frameworks together with native Hawaiian healing traditions and the covenantal rhythms of Scripture — a curriculum that has trained practitioners across North America, Africa, and Europe.

Beyond the Academy, Dr. Ndecheck is the Founder and CEO of T.R.I.P.S. Africa, a non-profit for leadership development across the seven spheres of society (1,200+ leaders trained across Cameroon, Nigeria, Togo, the DRC, and Niger between 2016 and 2018). He serves on Leadership Staff with the University of the Nations in Kona, and has led cross-cultural ministry across the Philippines, France, Nigeria, Cameroon, and Togo for twenty-five years.

He is fluent in English, French, Ngie, and Pidgin, with working knowledge of Hausa. He resides in Kailua-Kona, where he continues to write, mentor, and train the next generation of spiritually grounded, scientifically literate coaching practitioners.
